Each end grain cutting board is handcrafted in my Texas workshop from carefully selected hardwoods, creating a piece that is both functional and beautiful.

End grain construction is prized for its durability and knife-friendly surface. Rather than cutting across wood fibers, knives slip between them, helping preserve both the board and your knife edges. The result is a board designed to withstand years of daily use while showcasing the natural character of the wood.
